Night Resellers is an infrastructure, tools, training, and support provider — not a guaranteed business opportunity. Results depend entirely on the operator's own effort, pricing, market, and execution. We make no representations or guarantees regarding income, sales, or business outcomes.

3. Content & Third-Party Rights

All operators who use the Night Resellers platform are independently responsible for ensuring that their own use of the platform, and any content accessed by their customers, complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws and any applicable third-party rights. Operators are solely responsible for the services they provide to their end customers.

Night Resellers makes no claim of ownership over any third-party content, media, broadcasts, or intellectual property accessed through services offered by operators on our platform, and does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the legality of any service provided by operators. All content rights belong to their respective owners.

4. NightVPN Disclaimer

NightVPN is a general network privacy tool only. It does not guarantee performance changes, speed improvements, or access to any specific services, and is not designed to bypass restrictions or service limitations. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and service agreements.

5. Billing & Account Terms

Plan setup fees are billed at signup, and monthly fees (where applicable) begin once setup is complete. Accounts may be paused if a monthly payment is delayed, and a reactivation fee may apply to restore access — we'll always notify you before any pause. Credits included with your plan never expire and remain in your account until used. Additional credits can be purchased at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Night Resellers, its principals, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to update this legal disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Night Resellers platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
